Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to support the Bowling Department within our arcade and bowling center. You will provide exceptional service, enforce age and alcohol policies, and help maintain a safe, clean environment during busy periods.

Applicants should have a High School diploma and 1-2 years in hospitality or retail. Weekend availability and physical flexibility are preferred to meet shifting demands in a lively venue.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a loud, arcade/bowling center environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Maintains a clean and safe working area.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Bowling Department.

Please note all staff must be comfortable handling alcohol and be at least 21 or older to apply. Availability on weekends and closing shifts preferred.

Essential Duties:

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Conducts lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Complies and maintains the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and preferred one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel, and reach with their hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
