Main Event in Olathe, KS is seeking a Part-time Bowl Attendant to warmly welcome Guests and serve as the information source for activities and specials. You will guide Guests through the bowling experience, assist with lane setup and shoe fitting, and help maintain a clean Bowl Desk and lanes.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and the ability to learn multiple systems used to support the business. Prior food/beverage or retail experience helps but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging Guests, promoting activities and helping with lane setup and ball selection
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escort Guests to their lane and assist with lane setup
• Processing payment transactions at the Bowl Desk
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties
• Upholding bowling safety standards and sanitation

As a Bowl Attendant, you're high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guest's through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You're an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job!
