Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Bowl Attendant to warmly welcome Guests, guide them through activities, and ensure a safe, fun bowling experience. You will answer questions, explain options, and help guests select lanes and equipment while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires energy, teamwork, and the ability to learn multiple systems. You’ll assist with shoe service, lane setup, and occasional payments, contributing to a culture of FUN and guest

Qualificações

• Experience in food & beverage or retail is a plus, but not required.
• Customer-focused attitude and enthusiasm for fun.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety standards.
• Willingness to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome Guests and act as a FUN ambassador.
• Promote activities based on Guests' needs.
• Troubleshoot lane issues and assist with setup.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort Guests to lanes and help with ball selection.
• Ensure Guests follow bowling safety rules.
• Process payments and greet Guests returning.
• Keep Bowl Desk and lanes organized; handle side duties.

Job Description

At Main Event, our Bowl Attendant's set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, you're high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guest's through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You're an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job! You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest's needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane set up and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes; completing side duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
