Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Bowl Attendant to welcome Guests and guide them through activities, ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable bowling experience. You’ll assist with lane setup, shoe management, payments, and lane safety, while promoting available activities and maintaining a clean, organized bowl desk and lanes.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)

• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging with Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Promoting and recommending activities based on Guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls.
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization.
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensuring Guests adhere to safety standards.
• Processing payment transactions and greeting Guests returning.
• Maintaining a clean Bowl Desk and/or lanes; completing side duties.

At Main Event, our Bowl Attendant's set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, you're high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guest's through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You're an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job! You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
