Job summary
605 Sires + Donors is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support and grow our bovine reproductive services business. You will combine technical knowledge with consultative sales to build partnerships with dairy and beef producers, veterinarians, and industry stakeholders.
Role emphasizes promoting advanced reproductive technologies, evaluating herd goals, and achieving revenue targets through strategic territory development and strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Dairy Science, Animal Reproduction, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with dairy/beef producers, veterinarians, and industry partners.
- Promote bovine reproductive services and present customized breeding solutions.
- Communicate the value of advanced reproductive technologies to clients.
- Conduct regular farm visits to understand customer breeding goals.
