Job summary

605 Sires is seeking an Embryologist to perform all aspects of bovine in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo production with strict adherence to lab protocols and aseptic technique. The role involves collaboration with veterinarians, staff, and management to meet production goals while maintaining quality control and biosecurity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine IVF laboratory procedures.
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and laboratory cleanliness standards.
• Follow all SOPs precisely and consistently.
• Accurately record laboratory data, results, and inventory in records systems.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in training and mentoring laboratory assistants and junior embryologists as assigned.
• Support inventory management and laboratory supply organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and client outcomes.
