Job summary

Luxor Healthcare Management's Medina Meadows in Medina, Ohio is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our in-house clinical team. We offer a boutique-style, small facility with consistent scheduling and a supportive leadership team, where resident care is valued.

This full-time night shift and part-time day shift position provides direct nursing care under an RN or physician, medication administration, health monitoring, and professional communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in Ohio.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and responses to care.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team professionally.
• Assist in supervising STNAs and contributing to quality care delivery.
