Job summary

StretchLab is seeking a Massage/Stretch Therapist to join the FAIRHOPE team. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 assisted stretches, educating clients on mobility, and building lasting client relationships in a boutique wellness setting.

Ideal candidates have a valid degree, license, or certification and experience in fitness/health environments. Shifts include mornings/evenings with pay of $20–$24 per hour, plus training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique wellness environment; belief in stretching for quality of life.
• Must have completed Degree/License/Certification and experience in fitness/health environment.
• Backgrounds: Massage Therapist, Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapy Assistant, Exercise Science/Kinesiology degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 assessment and customized assisted stretch sessions.
• Educate clients on stretching techniques and mobility; provide homework stretches.
• Encourage and motivate clients during stretches and track progress.
• Document session notes and MAPS; ensure program progression.
