Responsabilidades

• Engage customers with genuine conversations to provide a personalized experience.
• Assist in selling across the floor and share product suggestions.
• Provide a frictionless customer experience using in-store tech and omni orders.
• Build relationships with teammates and support store initiatives.
• Contribute insights on customer and employee experience to leadership.
• Maintain store visual/operational standards and merchandising updates.
• Support shipment and omni-order fulfillment while maintaining stock levels.
