Job summary

Shapermint, a brand redefining everyday essentials, seeks a Sales Supervisor for its Del Amo Fashion Center boutique powered by Leap Platform. You will lead the sales floor, coach a team, and ensure an elevated customer experience with all brand standards. The role is bonus eligible and offers hourly pay based on experience.

As Leader on Duty, you will partner with store leadership to drive sales, manage inventory and events, and deliver exceptional service to a diverse customer base."

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results.
• Experience with retail tech like Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Monitor performance and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Coach and develop team; deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty; ensure brand standards.
• Support store events, new openings, and market initiatives.
