Working with one of my top luxury jewelry clients hiring for a few very experienced Luxury Boutique Retail Associates. This will be a permanent position with ongoing opportunities if all goes well. MUST have weekend availability on Saturday and Sunday, with a weekday off.

Base hourly pay plus potential commission, details to be shared in later interview stages.

This role is based near CALABASAS, CALIFORNIA - FULLY ONSITE. Training will be provided for 1 week in Brooklyn and then in NYC.

The ideal candidate will have experience with luxury jewelry/accessories or as a high-end personal shopper with a well-known brand or large department store. OWNING YOUR OWN CLIENT BOOK IS A BIG PLUS!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Retail Ambassador/Associate aims to meet and exceed sales targets, proactively develop their client portfolio, and ensure a unique client experience at all touchpoints. They also participate actively in daily boutique operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets as directed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Handle after-sales service if dedicated staff is not available.
• Adjust approach based on client needs and motivations.
• Negotiate and manage objections smoothly.
• Support after-sales clients by providing recommendations aligned with Maison values.
• Stay informed on industry news and competitors.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, working with management on client plans.
• Accurately record client data for follow-up and relationship building.
• Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
• Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking with management.
• Follow all security and operational policies.
• Assist with boutique setup, maintenance, merchandising, inventories, and special projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) plus one weekday.
• 2-5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer and internet proficiency.
• MS Office required; SAP preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Ambassadorial demeanor and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Available for retail hours including weekends and travel for training and events.
