Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a boutique private outpatient clinic in Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA. The PTA will work hands-on with patients suffering from back, neck, and limb pain and movement dysfunction in a highly personalized setting.

Responsibilities include guiding therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and supporting home exercise programs, using modalities such as shockwave, red-light, and laser therapy. Parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to guide therapeutic exercises and home programs.
• Comfortable in a hands-on patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehab programs.
• Lead corrective movement, stretching, and strengthening sessions.
• Support home exercise program implementation.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the clinical team.
• Assist with modalities such as shockwave, red-light, and laser therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Deliver excellent patient care and education.
