URBN is seeking a Personal Stylist in Chicago to cultivate service and selling culture in-store, delivering expert styling and personalized recommendations.

You will build authentic relationships, drive sales, upsell, and participate in regional styling initiatives, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. This role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership and the visual team to create a customer-first, brand-focused experience in the local community.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan with passion for fashion and customer experience.
• 2+ years of experience building customer relationships or clienteling.
• Passion for apparel styling and staying current with trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a service culture that makes customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Leads relationship building, styling, and networking with customers; educates the team on styling initiatives.
• Generates appointment opportunities to cultivate relationships and drive key metrics.
• Encourages use of technology to transact in the moment, upsell, and engage clientele.
• Support regional and brand styling initiatives or trainings for the team.
• Share apparel knowledge with the team to elevate confidence in servicing customers.
• Review store performance to influence buying decisions and drive department sales.
• Partner with visual team to update mannequin displays and highlight new arrivals.
• Maintain accountability for styling hours and support zone coverage as needed.
• Communicate customer insights and shopping patterns to leadership and styling teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan events that reflect local customer interests.
