• Ensure accurate processing of shipments to and from the DC and boutiques.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.
• Translate the product story through visual merchandising.
• Lead the team to execute Aritzia’s product display standards.
• Support omni-channel shopping experiences across channels.
• Oversee daily retail operations across space, product, and risk.
• Foster progressive career development and a positive employee experience.
