Qualifications

• Ability to lead a retail team and develop talent.
• Strong collaboration with store operations and product partners.
• Strong eye for brand aesthetics and display standards.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately between DC, boutiques, and clients.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.
• Translate the product story through visual merchandising.
• Lead the team to execute Aritzia’s product display standards on the sales floor.
• Support omni‑channel services for seamless cross‑channel shopping experiences.
• Ensure smooth operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations.
• Manage day‑to‑day performance of the retail team and enable career development.
