• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right time.
• Seamlessly own or elevate the invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives and career development.
• Work with Business Support partners to lead the day-to-day function of the department while enabling career development and an excellent employee experience.
