Job summary

Aritzia is seeking an Associate Boutique Manager in Atlanta to lead our store team, drive sales while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will balance staffing to optimize sales and service, and elevate operations across People, Clients, Product, Space and Risk.

You will mentor a high‑performing team, partner with Business Support to align daily activities with corporate goals, and foster a culture of growth and engagement across the roster.

• Lead the retail team to sell clothes, deliver world‑class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time.
• Seamlessly own or elevate the details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives and career development.
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead day‑to‑day department function while enabling growth and great employee experience.
