You will coach staff, optimize staffing levels, and ensure a seamless operation across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations.

You will partner with store leadership and support teams to cultivate a high-performing, engaged roster while modeling Aritzia's standards of style and service.

• Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives and career development.
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead daily department functions in line with corporate goals.
