Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Boutique Manager in the United States to lead our retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales performance. You will balance staffing, service, and operations to create an outstanding shopping environment while developing a high-performing roster.

You will foster loyalty, uphold brand standards, and mentor team members to grow their careers within Aritzia's Everyday Luxury culture and goals.

The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.

THE ROLE

As the Boutique Manager, you will:

• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships
