Job summary

Aritzia is seeking an Associate Boutique Manager in Los Angeles to lead our store team, drive sales, and deliver world-class customer experiences. You will balance staffing and service, ensuring the right people are in the right places to optimize performance.

You will oversee People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations, guiding daily operations while mentoring a high-performing roster and fostering an engaging store culture aligned with the Aritzia brand.

THE ROLE

As the Associate Boutique Manager, you will:

• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right time
• Own or escalate details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
