Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers.
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store.
• Meet or exceed your goals that will be set and given to you by management.
• Maintain an accurate, efficient and effective client book.
• Assist sales team with selling and clienteling.
• Assist with floor sets and merchandising execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards daily according to company standards.
• Maintain proper fixture placement, lighting, and floor plan changes.
• Ensure representation of all merchandise on the floor and adjust placement to drive sell-through.
• Maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly store.
• Oversee store in management's absence.
• Monitor compliance to company policies and procedures when on shift.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain offices, workspace, and cash wraps to be fully stocked with supplies.
• Assist with Inventories and asset protection needs.
