Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist in the Miami Design District to ensure a smooth flow of goods and a seamless client experience. You will process stock, organize inventory, and handle outbound shipments under the guidance of the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, service orientation, and teamwork in a collaborative boutique environment. Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the flow of goods in and out of the boutique is handled effectively.
• Process received stock and record into system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Support stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under supervision.
