West Hollywood HBOT clinic seeks an enthusiastic Hyperbaric Technician blending clinical care with hospitality to create an exceptional patient experience. You will operate and monitor the chamber, educate patients on therapy, and assist with scheduling and post-treatment follow-ups.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance technical tasks with empathetic customer service to ensure safety and comfort throughout sessions.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Hyperbaric Technician from the UHMS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical procedures in an approachable manner.
• Proactive with attention to detail and hospitality mindset.
• Comfortable balancing technical tasks with patient-facing duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the hyperbaric chamber during treatment sessions, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Provide clear, professional guidance to patients about the therapy and process.
• Foster a welcoming, luxurious environment and assist with scheduling and follow-ups.
• Answer phone inquiries, manage bookings, and maintain treatment records.
• Monitor patient vitals and responses, maintain safety protocols.
