Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage to their rooms during check-in and checkout.
• Hail taxicabs and answer questions.
• Provide general hotel information to guests in their rooms.
• Assist guests by taking luggage to the curb to meet their transportation needs.
• Submit lost and found reports as appropriate.
• Function as a doorperson as needed.
• Deliver faxes, messages, packages, flowers, wine, and other items to guests’ rooms as required.
