Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• One year server experience helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and hospitality skills in English.
• Experience working with Micros computer system.
• TIPs certification.
• ServeSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and place all food orders with the kitchen.
• Answer questions about cooking methods, menu items, prices and specials.
• Prepare and deliver beverage and dessert orders.
• Check appearance, temperature and portions before serving.
• Prepare guest checks and present for payment.
• Collect payment from guests.
• Clear and reset dining room tables.
• Assist in seating and greeting guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
