Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance/engineering industry.
• 1 year of hotel/property engineering experience preferred.
• Flexible work schedule; weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to interact with guests professionally.
• Knowledge of painting and/or drywall a plus.
• Commitment to hospitality values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical structure and grounds of the property, including hotel, spa, and restaurant operations.
• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with GM and front desk to keep the property in like-new condition.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests at all times.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Support the Longfellow Hotel brand standards and guest service excellence.
