Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability and growth.
• Lead on the sales floor to deliver a welcoming, service-first culture.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Expand brand presence through local partnerships and activations.
• Ensure exceptional execution across merchandising, inventory and operations.
