Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates franchisee in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a confident, energetic leader to drive member sales and coach a growing team. You will build relationships with members and prospects, implement a sales process, and help grow four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail or fitness sales with leadership experience, excellent communication, and a passion for fitness and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training staff in sales.
• Ability to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory class.
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
• Manage staff schedule and ensure retail inventory accuracy.
• Lead, manage and hold accountable Member Support Specialists.
• Proficiency in Club Ready including revenue and attendance reports.
• Independently make high-level customer service decisions.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience
• 2+ years of Leadership experience
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Member Support Specialists in sales
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Leadership Team
• Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

• Solid writing and grammar skills

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory class
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Manage staff schedule
• Ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support Specialists
• Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect out-standing dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $50-55k Salary: Based on Skills & Experience.
