Empowered Pilates - CO is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee sales, operations, and member services in our Aurora, CO studio. You will lead a team of Member Support Specialists, drive membership growth, manage staff schedules, and ensure accurate inventory while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, restaurant, fitness, or hotel sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training others in sales.
• Able to work independently and with leadership team.
• Manage 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person and text/chat/email.
• Strong organizational skills and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free intro class.
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory.

The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. Member Support Specialists will report directly to the Studio Manager. The Studio Manager will report directly to the District Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 2+ years of retail, restaurant, fitness, or hotel SALES experience
• 2+ years of Leadership experience
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Member Support Specialists in sales
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Leadership Team

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking

• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Manage staff schedule
• Ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support Specialists
• Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $57,784-$60,500 Salary: Based on Skills & Experience
