Acting as an ambassador of ALAÏA, the Boutique Director is responsible for inspiring and developing the store team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targets. The boutique director is a strong leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is able to collaborate with business partners (internal and external) to drive all business initiatives, gain support and cooperation to drive the business forward. They are a strategic thinker who is able to provide action plan recommendations, make decisions, solve problems.
As a role model for the team, the store manager is a strong and collaborative leader who builds a climate of service excellence and leads the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences. The store manager is a dynamic and inspiring leader who embodies Alaia values.
