Job summary

Brobston Group, a luxury retailer in New York, seeks an attentive Sales/Operations Associate to support boutique operations and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will maintain the selling floor, jewelry displays, and reception area in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include replenishing floor stock, preparing the boutique for opening and closing, handling jewelry setup and backstock, and assisting with reception and guest protocols to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
• SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.
