Big Easy Daiquiris on Bourbon Street in New Orleans is seeking an outgoing, high-energy Host to engage pedestrians, welcome guests, and drive traffic to our daiquiris, pizza, and Bourbon Street experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, interact with a diverse crowd, and promote specials while maintaining a professional appearance and friendly attitude throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and personable.
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Confident working in a busy, high-energy environment.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Hospitality, customer service, sales, promotional, or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, holidays, festivals, and other high-volume periods.

Responsabilités

• Engage with pedestrians and potential guests in a friendly, energetic way.

• Use promotional signs, props, souvenir cups, and other approved marketing materials to attract guest attention.
• Create an upbeat and engaging presence through conversation, movement, and approved promotional activities.
• Help generate excitement and drive guest traffic into the location.
• Monitor guest flow and communicate with management regarding crowd activity and opportunities.
• Keep promotional materials and assigned work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Follow all company safety, alcohol service, and operating procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns, security issues, or safety hazards to management immediately.

We’re looking for an outgoing, high-energy Bourbon Street Host to join one of our fast-paced Bourbon Street concepts. This isn’t your traditional Host position — you’ll be out front, engaging with people, creating excitement, and encouraging guests to stop in for frozen daiquiris, pizza, and the Bourbon Street experience.

What to Expect

This is a street-facing position in the heart of Bourbon Street. You’ll spend extended periods standing and walking outdoors while working around crowds, loud music, and changing weather conditions.

You should be comfortable approaching guests, maintaining an energetic presence, and representing the business in a positive and professional way throughout your shift.
