Job summary

The Bouqs Co. in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a part-time Florist to craft Bouqs-designed floral bouquets and assist customers in a partnership-space store.

You will follow design specs, maintain brand standards, and support cross-channel sales and events. You should have 2+ years of floral design experience with retail exposure, strong fragrance and appearance sensibility, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of floral experience focusing on executing floral designs and prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and maintain brand/product knowledge.
• Comfortable handling live floral product and maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Prepare and assemble floral arrangements according to design specifications.
• Inspect flowers for freshness and quality to meet Bouqs standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and display products neatly.
• Facilitate sales in POS and cross-channel events including bridal and events.
• Manage daily inventory and participate in store inventory counts.
• Communicate feedback to corporate management to support store success.
• Assist with off-site events when needed.
