Job summary

The Bouqs seeks a Florist for our San Francisco store to craft Bouqs-designed bouquets and arrangements with a strong eye for quality and brand alignment. You will assist customers, answer questions, and ensure an engaging, efficient shopping experience.

You will handle floral preparation, maintain fresh product standards, and support in-store and cross-channel sales, including bridal and events, with a part-time schedule (up to 24 hours/week).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of floral experience
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Availability to work up to 24 hours per week including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder up to 8 ft

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions to create a pleasant shopping experience
• Speak knowledgeably about brand, history, products, and cross-channel offerings
• Prepare and assemble floral arrangements per Bouqs design specifications
• Inspect floral elements for freshness and quality
• Maintain store visual standards and proper product display
• Facilitate sales in POS and cross-channel events including bridal
• Manage daily inventory and receiving shipments
• Participate in store inventory counts and communicate feedback upward
• Assist with off-site events as needed
