Job summary

Elevate Health Sciences seeks an experienced Bottling Line Lead to support our nutraceutical manufacturing operations. You will operate and set up bottling lines, label and pack products, and ensure GMP-compliant batch records.

Responsibilities include feeding conveyors, inspecting packaging quality, recording batch codes and expiration dates, and maintaining an orderly, compliant work area. Shift: 5:00AM–5:00PM Mon–Thu with occasional Fri/Sat. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

  • Requires high school diploma or GED.
  • Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Must read, interpret, and execute written instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up bottling lines with correct lids, bottles, labels and product.
  • Feed product to conveyors and prepare filled bottles for packing and shipping.
  • Record batch information, codes, lot numbers, expiration, time and date packaged.
  • Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and clean, organized work area.
  • Cross-train and support line continuity; ensure accurate labeling and batch records.

We’re searching for an experienced Bottling Line Lead to support our team and reinforce our reputation as a leader in manufacturing nutraceutical products.Time: 40 hours/weekEmployment Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt)SHIFT: 5:00AM - 05:00PM Monday – Thursday with occasional Friday’s and Saturday’s as needed.Start Date: ASAPPrimary Purpose:The Bottling Line Lead performs machine operation and production duties following established standardized procedures in preparing product for bottling, labeling, packing and shipping.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Feed product to conveyors, hoppers, or other feeding devices, and prepares filled bottles for packing and shipping.Set up machine with correct lids, bottles, labels and product.Replenish packaging supplies such as bottles, lids, boxes, shrink wrap or labels.Operates machinery with ability to make minor adjustments or repairs.May start, stop, or regulate speed of conveyer.Inspects materials, products, and containers at each step of packaging process.Inspects filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.Records information, in the batch records such as, batch codes lot number including expiration, time, and date packaged.Responsible for correct count, accurate label placement, batch codes and lids for each bottle.Must work from technical data to ensure quality production runs.Enter data into the company’s computer software systems.Perform computer transactions associated with material used in the batching process.Complete documentation in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Read and perform job tasks according to SOP’s.Operate both electrical and pneumatic control equipment.May operate lift truck or use hand truck to move or convey product from production area to receiving platforms.Cross train and demonstrate competency on all essential job functions of the bottling department.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Ability to delegate people and keep line running effectively.Has good math Skills.Ability to handle stressful situations.Responsible for maintaining and completing paperwork.Knowledge/Competencies/Skill Qualifications:Previous manufacturing experience and work in a GMP regulated industry preferred.High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Basic computer skills including Windows navigation and data entry.Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.Ability to read, interpret and execute written instructions.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate fractions and decimals.Ability to solve practical problems.Must be authorized to work in the United States (verified through E-Verify)Elevate Health Sciences provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
