Job summary

Open Scientific is seeking experienced Bottling Mechanics to join our manufacturing team. Qualified candidates are detail oriented, results driven, and team oriented, with hands-on experience with bottling machines.

The role involves troubleshooting, interpreting blueprints, and performing repairs on manufacturing equipment, including knowledge of electrical circuits and PLCs, while complying with safety rules and cGMP guidelines. Direct hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Bottling Machines to be considered.
• Troubleshoots, assesses and repairs most manufacturing/facilities issues in a timely manner without supervision.
• Interprets blueprints and schematics.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of electrical circuits and PLCs.
• Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance.
• Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines.
• Ability to build and rebuild certain components for machines (i.e. bearings, pumps, etc.).

Salary: $20 to $28/hr

Shifts: 1st and 2nd available

We are currently looking for experienced Bottling Mechanics to join an ever growing organization. Qualified candidates for this role are detailed oriented, results driven, and team oriented.

This is a direct hire opportunity starting at $20-28 an hour

Responsibilities include:

Must have experience with Bottling Machines to be considered

Skills:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Experience working in and around mechanical equipment, preferably in a food/pharmaceutical/environment

Knowledge in tableting, compounding, and/or blending a plus

3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing environment
