Job summary

Mizkan America is hiring a Production Worker I for our Bottling department in Dallas, Texas. This on-site, full-time role involves feeding and loading packing materials, verifying quality, and maintaining safe, clean production lines.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work overtime. Safety and GMP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in food processing, bottling or consumer goods manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to use common hand tools, weight scale and thermometer.
• Basic mathematics skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new job-related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to perform on-call duty and overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Feed and load packing materials to the production line.
• Verify quality standards and maintain good housekeeping for multiple lines.
• Stack cases on pallets and record data clearly.
• Communicate container needs with forklift driver.
• Identify non-conforming product or equipment and report to supervisor.
• Perform sanitation maintenance on equipment and follow safety rules.
• Operate the case making/packing equipment and manage supplies.
