Job summary

Wisconsin Spice, Inc. is hiring a full-time Packer to fulfill orders in the Bottle Room, packaging a variety of products and ensuring high-quality output. You may lift 10–25 lbs and stack finished goods on pallets, with a focus on meeting customer expectations.

The position is in-person at our Berlin, WI facility, with a full benefits package and opportunities for growth. Relocation or remote options are not available for this role.

• Notify Supervisors or Leads of equipment malfunctions
• Inspect packages for quality check
• Consistently rotate between 1-4 lines
• Move full pallets out of department to store in inventory
• Sanitation, cleaning, clean up in department
• Other tasks/duties as needed

WHAT WE NEED:

The Packer role will be responsible for fulfilling orders by packaging various products in the Bottle Room. This position is responsible for the delivery of valuable, high-quality products that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. The position may require you to lift between 10-25lbs of finished package goods onto a pallet.
