Job summary

The Spice House, based in Elk Grove Village, IL, is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. You will pick, pack and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse software, with a 7:00 am–3:30 pm Monday–Friday schedule.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour. This non-exempt, hourly role offers the chance to grow with an emerging brand that values teamwork, accuracy, and fast-paced operations in a friendly food-focused environment.

• Understand day-to-day warehouse operations to meet shipping deadlines.
• Ability to pivot and change tasks pending business needs.

Fulfillment Associates (picking & packing) with the schedule of Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm. This position is based in Elk Grove Village, IL. Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

Responsibilities and Duties

Joining our fulfillment center team means you will be trained in a variety of areas including (but not limited to):

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse software

Reports To: Fulfillment Supervisor

Classification: This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Essential Functions of the Job: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to read, count and write accurately. Must be able to climb ladders, work standing for extended periods of time and move items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. All employees in this position must be at their assigned stations at the start of their scheduled shift.
