Job summary

Kraft Heinz Holland Plant is hiring for a Mustard Kitchen Lead on the third shift. This role oversees the Yellow Mustard and Grey Poupon kitchen operations and supports KHMS within the plant, with room for growth into other factory roles.

You will work a 10PM–6:30AM schedule with a $2.00 shift differential, and there are opportunities for overtime as needed. The plant employs over 300 staff and operates under RWDSU union guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be trained to become Lock Out Tag Out certified and maintain qualification.
• Must be trained to become Forklift certified and maintain qualification.
• Must successfully pass on the job training and maintain operator qualification.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math functions, such as multiplication and addition.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner, following all general safety rules of the plant.
• Assure that we are always meeting or exceeding our quality standards.
• Responsible for the operation and utilization of the Yellow Mustard and Grey Poupon kitchens in the facility.
• Support Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) at the operator level.
• Work with support departments to improve line performance.
• Utilize a computer and programs for communication, reports, and daily monitoring.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Perform any other duty as assigned.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 - 100 pounds, requesting assistance as necessary.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee will be exposed during his/her job to high noise levels, chemicals, exposure to strong odors, fumes or airborne particles, constant stair climbing, and slippery floors.

Personal Protective Equipment: The employee is regularly required to wear company authorized safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, rubber boots, chemical protection and other personal protective equipment to successfully perform the functions of this job safely.
