Job summary

Northrop & Johnson seeks an experienced Bosun for a brand-new 47m private/charter yacht. The role requires hands-on leadership to guide the deck team from day one and ensure top-tier operations on a dual-season vessel.

Ideal candidates hold a Yachtmaster and have proven deck-team leadership on private or charter yachts. ASAP start is preferred, with private/charter duties including guest setups, tender handling, and water-sport operations.

Qualifications
