Job summary

AECOM is seeking an AVP, Boston Area Client Service Leader – Water Business to grow and steward municipal water presence in Greater Boston. The role requires ownership of relationships, strategy, and delivery excellence across multiple utilities, partnering with technical, operations, and marketing teams to drive growth in drinking water, wastewater, conveyance, and water resources.

Qualifications

Proven success leading major urban utility accounts.
Experience with multi-year IDIQ/task-order contracts or capital program pursuits.
Strong technical grounding in conveyance and treatment for urban water systems.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic account planning for anchor municipal water utilities in Greater Boston.
Own capture from pre-positioning through negotiation and proposal development.
Drive portfolio growth with high-quality pipeline and disciplined pursuit execution.
Collaborate with technical leaders to deliver planning, design, and program delivery.
Maintain CRM discipline and accurate reporting to regional targets.
Communicate with executive leadership and maintain client relationships.
