Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to service residential systems in the Boston area. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and completing warranty work to ensure customer satisfaction.

We value customer service, reliability, and technical proficiency. A valid driver's license and a minimum of two years of residential HVAC experience are required, with EPA Universal certification preferred.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customers satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and repair customer systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Perform warranty work
• Suggest system improvements, and modifications
• Work on HVAC equipment, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems

What you need to succeed

• Min 2 years Residential HVAC experience
• High school diploma/GED EPA Universal certification
• Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus
• Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
• No sales pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment
• Clean driving record
• A valid driver's license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required for this role
• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
