You will oversee planning, consulting, and compliance for middle-market clients and mentor managers and staff. A strong network in Boston is preferred; you will drive business development and collaboration with firm leaders.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• Experience with complex federal taxation (corporate, partnership, individual)
• Experience with the Technology sector is preferred
• Exceptional client service and delivery of engagements
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Interpersonal skills for guiding clients as trusted advisor
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the tax team including managers and staff
