Job summary

Public Outreach is expanding our Boston fundraising team, seeking outgoing, motivated people for meaningful work, reliable pay, and career-building experience. You’ll engage the public face-to-face, representing nonprofit campaigns such as Oxfam, Save the Children, and more.

No prior fundraising experience is required, with training provided and real opportunities to grow. We offer full-time preferred, part-time options, paid training, and coaching.

Qualifications

• No fundraising experience required.
• Willingness to learn and develop fundraising skills.
• Comfort in engaging with the public in person.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face fundraising in neighborhoods and community spaces across the Boston area.
• Represent nonprofit campaigns and explain issues clearly to potential donors.
• Ask people to become monthly supporters and meet fundraising goals.
• Receive coaching and work with a fundraising team to improve performance.
