Public Outreach in Boston is expanding its fundraising team and seeks outgoing, motivated people for meaningful, reliable, paid work. You will talk with the public in neighborhoods and community spaces, representing nonprofit campaigns and asking for monthly support.

Training is provided, with coaching and growth opportunities across both part-time and full-time tracks. Compensation includes guaranteed hourly wages, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No fundraising experience required.
• We’ll teach you fundraising.
• You’ll work face-to-face with the public.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members of the public about the nonprofit campaign.
• Work in neighborhoods across the Boston area.
• Speak with people about important issues and roles.
• Ask individuals to become monthly supporters.
• Collaborate with a fundraising team and receive coaching.
• Work toward clear fundraising goals and develop your skills.
