Job summary

White Elephant Resorts in Boston, MA is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead luxury resort sales and coordinate marketing for our portfolio. This full-time, in-office role requires travel to Nantucket, Palm Beach and Aspen as needed.

You will split time 80% sales and 20% marketing, identify new opportunities, build client relationships, create compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a sales/marketing management role.
• Solid selling and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the group market.
• Based in Boston; in-office; some travel to Nantucket, Palm Beach, Aspen.
• Legal US work authorization and valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell luxury resorts to corporate and social markets.
• Oversee marketing and administrative support for sales.
• Coordinate group and catering sales activities and content updates.
• Attend industry events and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
