Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill online orders from store inventories. You will sort, pick, pack, and load merchandise for shipment to direct customers and to other stores, while ensuring product quality and presentation.

Qualification includes a high school diploma and 0–2 years of experience. The role is on‑site in Omaha, NE, part‑time, with benefits such as dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills backroom duties: receiving, inspecting, filling orders, sorting and packing for shipment.
• Sorts merchandise and packs with proper containers and labeling for shipment.
• Pulls merchandise for orders and places in proper containers; supports loading for shipment.
• Moves merchandise between warehouse locations using material handling equipment; ensures safety.
