Job summary

Swissport International AG in the United States is seeking a full-time Kitchen/Diswasher role at our Aspire Lounge facilities. You will load and unload dishware, clean and sanitize cookware, and maintain high hygiene standards in both lounge and kitchen areas.

Weekend shifts are required, with health and wellness benefits and a 401(k) plan available. The position contributes to a safe, efficient dining environment and supports the chef with daily safety and food-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Good command of the English language (verbal and written).
• Food handler’s license is required.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishwasher equipment and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and stations.
• Sweep and mop lounge and kitchen areas as needed.
• Dispose of waste following recycling procedures.
• Maintain high hygiene levels in all areas.
• Receive and stock daily food and liquor orders.
• Assist the Chef with Food Safety Management System tasks.
• Must work weekends.

Job Summary

The expected pay rate is $18.25/hour. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

• Loading and unloading of the dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking stations throughout the kitchen.
• Sweep and mop the Lounge and Kitchen area as needed.
• Waste away services following recycling procedures.
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas of the Lounge and Kitchen
• Receiving and stocking daily food and liquor orders
• Assist the Chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently.
