The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is seeking a BoS CoC Data Analyst to coordinate CoC data, support HUD reporting, and lead data collection efforts across HMIS and related systems.

You will work with the Program Manager and HMIS team to ensure data quality, timeliness, and actionable insights for PIT, HIC, LSA, and System Performance Measures, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule in Georgia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience with homeless services programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in data entry, cleaning, reporting, analysis.
  • Experience in project management and planning.
  • Preference for experience with ClientTrack HMIS, HUD reporting, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collection and management of CoC data for HUD-mandated reporting.
  • Lead on Point-in-Time Count, Housing Inventory Count, Longitudinal System Analysis, and System Performance Measures reporting.
  • Facilitate coordination among HMIS data team, system performance monitoring, and programmatic teams to ensure data quality and usability.
  • Support data-driven decision making to benefit the CoC and its partners.

Team members are at their best when collaborating and supporting each other as they perform challenging and dynamic work.SUMMARYThe Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC) Data Analyst is responsible for coordinating the collection and management of CoC data for HUD-mandated reporting. This position assists the Program Manager and team in the use of data to inform CoC activities and system performance. The CoC Data Analyst will facilitate coordination among the HMIS data team, system performance monitoring, and programmatic team to ensure the collection, quality, and use of data are aligned to benefit the CoC and its partners. This position will take the lead on the Point-in-Time Count, Housing Inventory Count, Longitudinal System Analysis, and System Performance Measures to ensure timely, quality submission of these and all related reporting.
